Responsibilities
- Create and configure client applications including apps and automated email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns
- Participate in the integration of new hotel groups on the LoungeUp platform
- Monitor solution usage and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide occasional support to the CSM team in managing client projects
- Contribute to internal projects to optimize team efficiency and enhance client experience
Requirements
- Interest in SaaS technology and the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and rigor
- Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in French and English
- Spanish language skills are a plus
