CSA Project Manager - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CSA construction activities
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and other construction disciplines
• Review and validate CSA design documents, drawings, and specifications
• Oversee site preparation, foundation, structural steel, concrete, architectural finishes, and cleanroom construction
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling and performance monitoring
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
• Track progress, manage change orders, and report on project status
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to resolve technical challenges
• Drive continuous improvement in construction methods and safety practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in CSA construction management
• Experience in data center, high-tech, or semiconductor projects
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, fast-track industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, materials, and standards
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or BIM tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
