CSA Lead (Architecture) - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Lead all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities on-site
• Manage and coordinate CSA contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones
• Review and provide technical guidance on drawings, specifications, RFIs, method statements, and shop drawings
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, building codes, and project requirements
• Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, project controls, and client teams
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
• Manage site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture
• Track and report project progress, risks, and quality issues to stakeholders
• Support construction testing, inspections, and project closeout activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management
• Significant experience leading CSA works
• Experience delivering large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, civil infrastructure, reinforced concrete, and structural steel
• Expertise in architectural finishes, fit-out, and QA/QC
• Proven experience managing multiple contractors and complex construction programs
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
