CSA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage the full CSA scope within investment and improvement projects
• Define technical scope in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Prepare, manage, and coordinate stability calculations
• Coordinate CSA engineering documentation including architectural plans, reinforcement plans, and 3D models
• Prepare and manage tender dossiers for construction works
• Perform technical evaluations and comparisons of quotes
• Coordinate external engineering partners, contractors, and civil supervisors
• Monitor execution of works regarding quality, planning, and budget
• Act as the technical expert for all civil, structural, and architectural issues
• Support maintenance activities and technical improvements on-site
• Ensure compliance with European standards, legislation, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Civil/Construction) or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer or CSA Engineer in an industrial environment
• Deep knowledge of concrete, masonry, and steel structures
• Expertise in corrosion protection, earthworks, and acid-resistant constructions
• Knowledge of building techniques, insulation, and scaffolding
• Strong project engineering and analytical problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral)
