CSA Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field oversight and coordination of CSA construction activities, including sitework, earthwork, foundations, concrete, structural steel, and building envelope
• Monitor contractor performance against approved schedules, drawings, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with general contractors, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve field issues
• Review and track CSA-related RFIs, submittals, field changes, and closeout documentation
• Support constructability reviews, work sequencing, and logistics planning
• Participate in site coordination meetings and prepare progress reports
• Monitor quality of work in place and support the QA/QC process
• Identify construction risks, delays, and interface conflicts
• Assist with review of payment applications and change order documentation
• Support turnover, commissioning readiness, and punch list management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Structural Engineering preferred
• 8–10 years of construction management or field supervision experience
• Strong CSA discipline experience
• Experience on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, marine, or shipyard projects
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shipyard, marine infrastructure, or port construction
• Experience supporting Owner’s Representative or PMC delivery models
• Familiarity with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Experience in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey construction markets
