CSA Construction Manager - Industrial

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all CSA construction activities
• Review IFC drawings, specifications, and technical documents for constructability
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MEP, QS, HSE, and Design
• Manage day-to-day activities of CSA contractors and subcontractors
• Oversee groundworks, foundations, structural steel, concrete works, and building envelope
• Implement quality control processes and ensure compliance with Vietnamese building codes
• Enforce safety protocols and participate in HSE audits
• Manage change requests, RFIs, and technical queries
• Provide weekly and monthly progress reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 7–10 years of CSA construction management experience in industrial, logistics, or manufacturing projects
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese construction standards and permitting processes
• Proven experience managing contractors and delivering fast-track projects
• Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD
• Ability to work onsite full-time
