Cryptographer

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze cryptographic protocols with a focus on zero-knowledge proof systems (SNARKs/STARKs), proof aggregation, and recursive composition
• Contribute to applied research translating theoretical constructions into production-grade implementations
• Evaluate cryptographic assumptions and assess the security of existing and proposed primitives
• Collaborate with low-level systems engineers on performance-critical implementations

Requirements

• PhD (or equivalent research experience) in Cryptography, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• Deep expertise in the design and/or cryptanalysis of zero-knowledge proof systems or lattice-based schemes
• Strong publication record or demonstrable open-source research contributions
• Ability to write security proofs and implement cryptographic primitives
• Proficiency in Rust or C++ is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in distributed computing or GPU development
