Crypto Tokenisation Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise opportunities in tokenised equities and related digital asset products
• Develop commercial strategy for tokenised trading alongside trading and technology teams
• Monitor regulatory developments and the competitive landscape across TradFi and crypto markets
• Maintain existing relationships and liquidity provision arrangements with institutional trading counterparts
• Identify and secure new partnerships with token issuers, infrastructure providers, exchanges, and custodians
• Engage with regulators, industry bodies, and standard-setting organizations
• Lead commercial structuring and negotiations for new products
• Represent the firm at industry events and forums

Requirements

• 3+ years in business development, strategy, or commercial roles in financial markets
• Deep understanding of TradFi equities markets and crypto/digital assets
• Familiarity with tokenisation technology, smart contracts, and blockchain infrastructure
• Knowledge of equity execution, settlement, and financing
• Proven track record of building early businesses or developing new revenue streams
• Strong network across traditional finance and crypto ecosystems
• Experience structuring complex commercial partnerships
• Self-starter mentality comfortable with ambiguity and autonomy
