About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality sales coverage for crypto-native clients and traditional institutional clients (Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Insurance Companies, etc.) across Asia.
- Offer a full suite of Marex Solutions products, including OTC hedging, Structured Notes, QIS, and Collateralized lending, with a focus on digital assets.
- Develop and expand the Crypto Solutions client franchise by creating new client pipelines and capturing revenue from the existing base.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Trading to ensure all business activities comply with company policies.
- Drive the onboarding of new client relationships and maintain long-term engagement with existing partners.
- Strategize to increase P&L through market analysis and identifying synergies across the broader Solutions business.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements (such as MAS) and the company's operational risk framework.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience in financial services or digital assets.
- Deep understanding of digital assets and the broader crypto ecosystem.
- Expertise in structured products and derivatives, specifically OTC (hedging and overlays), Structured Notes, and QIS.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial service markets and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience working in a regulated environment.
- Relevant local regulatory certification.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
