Crypto Options Trader

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a trading book to generate revenues and manage risk
• Implement volatility models and maintain real-time volatility surfaces for crypto assets
• Monitor and manage trading book risk including Delta, Gamma, Vega, Theta, and Rho exposures
• Develop and refine systematic strategies to identify short-term mispricing
• Partner with developers to backtest, prototype, and deploy new options strategies
• Perform deep-dive P&L and Greek exposure analysis
• Work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure appropriate governance

Requirements

• Degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Economics
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in options trading or algorithmic market making
• Strong programming capabilities in Python
• In-depth understanding of FX, equity, and crypto market mechanics (CeFi, DeFi, perpetual futures, and margin models)
