Crypto Business Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify unique opportunities, competitors, and emerging trends within the crypto ecosystem
• Drive growth through lead generation and prospecting via channels such as X, LinkedIn, and industry conferences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecosystem and GTM teams to drive meaningful integrations and draft customer proposals
• Support Senior BD Leads with client management, deal origination, and closure
• Act as an evangelist for the LayerZero protocol, helping teams build out core functionalities using our stack

Requirements

• Extremely knowledgeable in DeFi, including current trends, interoperability mechanics, and industry direction
• Demonstrated public interest in crypto (e.g., writing blogs, active presence on X, or participating in crypto communities)
• Strong understanding of business development operations, including pipeline management and deal tracking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven problem-solver who is highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
