Crypto Associate Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of day-to-day counterparty-facing operation of the electronic platform
• Manage counterparty configuration, entitlements, limit setups, and controls
• Analyze counterparty flow, hit rates, and platform performance to identify opportunities for revenue capture
• Participate in commercial discussions with counterparties on pricing and performance
• Act as primary escalation point for counterparties on electronic trading issues
• Coordinate with traders and relationship managers in other regions for seamless service
• Partner with Senior Relationship Managers to develop tailored solutions and presentation materials
• Generate and share original cross market macro/micro insights

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in institutional client coverage, sales, or relationship management
• Knowledge of electronic trading systems, FIX, and API protocols
• Familiarity with vendors, OEMS platforms, and trading software
• Passion for crypto and understanding of digital asset market structure
• Basic understanding of options and forward strategies
• Technical proficiency in Python and Java
• Familiarity with Git, SQL, and Linux is desirable
• Excellent communication and PowerPoint skills
• English fluency
