Crushing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the crushing plant, providing leadership to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Develop, implement, and oversee structured maintenance systems, including planned and preventative programs.
• Monitor plant and equipment condition to ensure safe, efficient, and mechanically sound operation.
• Coordinate crushing and maintenance activities to achieve operational objectives and production targets.
• Plan and forecast medium to long-term crushing requirements and track performance against objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated supervisory experience within crushing or processing operations.
• Minimum of five years of experience working in a crushing environment.
• Current Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor’s Certificate.
• Strong understanding of safe work systems and crushing industry safety practices.
• Current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver’s Licence.
• Valid National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
