About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the crushing plant, providing leadership to operators and maintenance personnel.
- Develop, implement, and oversee structured maintenance systems, including planned and preventative programs.
- Monitor plant and equipment condition to ensure safe, efficient, and mechanically sound operation.
- Coordinate crushing and maintenance activities to achieve operational objectives and production targets.
- Plan and forecast medium to long-term crushing requirements and track performance against objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated supervisory experience within crushing or processing operations.
- Minimum of five years of experience working in a crushing environment.
- Current Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor’s Certificate.
- Strong understanding of safe work systems and crushing industry safety practices.
- Current Western Australian 'C' Class Driver’s Licence.
- Valid National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
