Crushing Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Lead the startup and ongoing operation of a new fixed plant crusher at the Weld Range iron ore operation
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to supervisors, trades personnel, and operators
• Manage production schedules, workforce allocation, and operational priorities to ensure efficient delivery
• Drive safety, production performance, reliability, and a collaborative team culture
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including equipment performance and process optimization
• Build and sustain effective relationships with site stakeholders, contractors, and support functions

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience within crushing or processing operations
• Proficiency in managing crushing operations, processes, and maintenance practices
• Strong understanding of safe work practices within crushing environments
• Current Section 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor’s Certificate
• Current WA 'C' Class Driver’s Licence
• Valid National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
