Crushing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor crushing and screening plant to deliver safe, reliable iron ore production
• Monitor plant performance and respond to alarms, blockages, and process variations
• Conduct routine inspections, pre-start checks, and shutdowns in line with procedures
• Support maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance teams as required
• Maintain safe work practices, housekeeping standards, and compliance with site procedures
• Assist in achieving production targets through effective plant operation and teamwork
• Complete shift reports, logs, and operational records accurately

Requirements

• Proven experience operating crushing plant in a production mining environment
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and compliance with site safety systems
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement)
• Current WA 'C' Class Driver's Licence
