Crusher Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate construction or power equipment including Skid Steer, High Reach, and Water Truck
• Perform general equipment maintenance such as greasing, checking oil, and refueling
• Conduct site cleanup, weed whacking, and silt sack replacements
• Sort through soil and rocks to remove debris from conveyors
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Assist crew members with soil screeners and rock crushing
• Use hand tools, grinders, saws, and pressure washers safely

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and various weather types
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Ability to perform physical activities including climbing, lifting, and balancing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating small and heavy equipment
• Experience working on processing or construction sites
• Safety-first mentality
