Cruise Staff

Responsibilities

• Execute selling of Bingo cards and Port Adventures using up-selling techniques
• Perform meet and greet functions in the lobby, atrium, and theatre
• Assist in recreational activities on Disney Castaway Cay and Disney Lookout Cay
• Facilitate dance parties and teach line dances to guests
• Maintain guest flow and inform guests of onboard activities
• Escort guests on Port Adventures as a quality representative
• Assist in facilitating children's activities or crew events
• Perform abbreviated shows and report technical or maintenance needs

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience in public relations, entertainment, guest services, or resort/recreational fields
• Minimum one year experience in hosting, stage performance, or public speaking
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong microphone skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
• Aptitude to learn dance routines and perform in a club-style setting
• Ability to lift and move heavy recreational equipment
• Ability to perform in environments with special effects like pyrotechnics and fog
• Willingness to live and work onboard a vessel in a multicultural environment
