Cruise Product Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administration support to Cruise Product Managers regarding day-to-day operations
• Manage ZenDesk enquiries from Sales, After Sales, and other internal/external stakeholders
• Ensure all website packages are accurate, up-to-date, and correctly displayed
• Proof marketing collateral including press ads, social media posts, and EDMs to ensure brand consistency
• Test Traveltek Clusters to ensure accuracy and bookability
• Assist with the setup, maintenance, and management of rates and products via Traveltek API and faresheets
• Conduct regular rate analysis and weekly inventory checks to remain competitive
• Research new products, tours, and attractions to enhance the cruise offering

Requirements

• 12+ months of experience in retail or wholesale travel
• Strong attention to detail and natural organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with comfort using various systems, trackers, and inbox management
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to handle shifting priorities and work flexibly, including some public holidays
