Cruise Expert

Responsibilities

• Lead high-touch discovery conversations to uncover client motivations for travel
• Craft seamless Land & Sea itineraries combining fly-cruise options, luxury lodges, and private guides
• Manage availability, quotes, and bookings with cruise partners in the Asia-Pacific region
• Build and deepen a portfolio of loyal, high-net-worth clients through consultative sales
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets while delivering exceptional service

Requirements

• 3+ years of consultative cruise or luxury travel sales experience
• Strong knowledge of cruise itineraries and destinations in Asia and the South Pacific
• First-hand experience with luxury or expedition cruising
• Proven ability to design complex Land & Sea and FIT itineraries for high-net-worth clients
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency with CRMs, booking platforms, and supplier systems
• Polished written and verbal communication skills
