Responsibilities
- Lead high-touch discovery conversations to design bespoke journeys
- Craft seamless Land & Sea itineraries combining fly-cruise, luxury lodges, and private guides
- Manage availability, quotes, and bookings with precision using cruise partners
- Build and deepen a portfolio of loyal, high-net-worth clients
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets while elevating client experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of consultative cruise or luxury travel sales experience
- First-hand experience with luxury and/or expedition cruising
- Ability to design and sell complex Land & Sea itineraries and FIT travel
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational discipline and problem-solving instincts
- Proficiency with CRMs, booking platforms, and supplier systems
- Polished and precise written and verbal communication
