About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Host and Emcee for the Entertainment and Enrichment program
- Lead the Welcome Show, Gala Nights, Orange Party, and marquee game shows
- Set the vision for programming and ensure high standards for all events
- Lead, motivate, and support the Assistant Cruise Director, Activities Crew, and Youth Host
- Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and guest focus
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Dutch and English
- Strong charisma and stage presence
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to deliver polished and engaging public presentations
