Cruise Director

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through outstanding customer service and consistent high performance
• Manage and oversee Cruise Attendants to ensure professionalism and optimal service delivery
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly to uphold a positive experience on board
• Handle daily ticketing procedures, including manifests, headcount, document processing, and sales reconciliation
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage knowledge and ensure compliance with Food Safety regulations
• Manage stock control and oversee daily reconciliation of onboard products

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or comparable supervisory experience
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
• HLTAID015 CPR and Advanced Oxygen Resuscitation
• QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol
• QLD Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card)
• SITSS0016 Food Handling Supervisor
• Elements of Shipboard Safety Skillset
• Sound knowledge of the marine and tourism industry
