Cruise Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests while prioritizing their experience and safety
• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service
• Conduct safety briefings and presentations for passengers
• Maintain stock control and perform daily reconciliations of consumables on board
• Uphold vessel housekeeping and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Elements of Shipboard Safety / GPH or higher
• QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• QLD Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
• National Police Check
• First Aid, CPR, and Advanced Oxygen Therapy certification
• Intermediate to advanced swimming abilities
• Physical fitness to work on your feet for long periods in a demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bronze Medallion and crowd management certificates
• Hospitality qualifications
• Previous marine or maritime experience
