Crude or Products Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with traders, optimizers, refineries, and terminals to plan fuels movement schedules via pipeline, marine, rail, and truck.
• Develop and execute movement schedules based on forecasts, refinery demand, and contractual obligations.
• Nominate transportation requirements to carriers and engage daily with third parties to execute molecule movements.
• Manage inventory levels to meet targets while ensuring reliability to refineries and adherence to contracts.
• Collaborate with Trading, Sales, and Optimization teams to identify and capture market opportunities.
• Develop supply chain improvement initiatives to drive value chain capture and optimize logistics.
• Ensure compliance with credit guidelines, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and internal controls.
• Act as a liaison between accounting and the business line to ensure accurate third-party payments and collections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a relevant technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in scheduling bulk liquids movements, refining, pipeline, or chemicals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Strong desire to build a long-term career in Scheduling.

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work with diverse, global groups and manage external relationships.
• Proficiency in SAP.
