Responsibilities

• Finish full contour fixed posterior restorations (e.g., crown, bridge) in a fast-paced environment
• Apply stains and glazes following detailed specifications to match customer expectations
• Troubleshoot and solve process, equipment, and technology issues
• Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards and stain/glaze protocols
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address workflow bottlenecks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Robust vision capabilities, including depth perception and color recognition
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• High level of comfort with digital tools and technology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain a clean work area and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dental lab, specifically fabricating and finishing fixed restorations
• Outstanding professional references
