Crown & Bridge Technician

Responsibilities

• Finish full contour fixed posterior restorations including crowns and bridges
• Apply stains and glazes using rotary handpieces to match natural teeth
• Follow detailed specifications from order forms to meet customer expectations
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and technology issues in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards and stain/glaze protocols
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address workflow bottlenecks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Robust vision capabilities including depth perception and color recognition
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• High level of comfort with digital tools and technology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental lab specifically fabricating and finishing fixed restorations
• Outstanding professional references
