Crown & Bridge Technician

Responsibilities

• Fabricate high-grade posterior restorations, including crowns and bridges, in a fast-paced digital environment
• Apply stains and glazes using rotary handpieces to ensure seamless matching with natural teeth
• Follow detailed specifications from order forms to meet precise customer expectations
• Troubleshoot and solve process, equipment, or technology issues as they arise
• Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards and maintain a clean, contamination-free work area
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address workflow bottlenecks

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong color perception, depth perception, and attention to detail
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• High level of comfort using digital tools and technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dental lab, specifically fabricating and finishing fixed restorations
• A relentlessly positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
