Croupier

Responsibilities

• Animate gaming tables and manage technical gameplay
• Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal procedures
• Participate in table counting during opening and closing
• Handle equipment, chips, and tokens, and process winnings and bets
• Welcome and assist customers in accordance with Group values

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a croupier
• Proficiency in at least one of the following: Black Jack, English Roulette, or Poker
• Strong customer service skills and professional presentation
• Autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Possession of a ministerial accreditation card is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English and/or German
