Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth game operations in compliance with gaming regulations and Group Barrière quality standards
• Maintain excellent customer relations with confidentiality and discretion
• Execute gaming operations with speed and precision
• Detect anomalies or suspicious behavior and report to management immediately
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere and high service quality in the gaming area
• Ensure all gaming equipment and tables are in good working condition
• Apply gaming regulations and internal establishment procedures

Requirements

• Updated Professional Certificate for Dealer (issued by Turismo de Portugal)
• High school diploma (12th grade)
• Updated criminal record certificate
• Knowledge of casino table game rules, procedures, and operational dynamics
• Mental math and rapid reasoning skills
• Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
