Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery to identify customer needs, operational pain points, and growth opportunities
• Translate business goals into product requirements, user stories, and actionable roadmaps
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate opportunities and improve customer experience
• Partner closely with Engineering to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
• Prioritize initiatives by balancing business impact, technical complexity, and long-term scalability
• Drive agile execution, aligning squads around clear goals, scope, and priorities
• Define product metrics and use data to measure impact and guide decisions
• Align stakeholders around product priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions
• Own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization to rollout and impact measurement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing digital products or platform systems end-to-end
• Strong analytical thinking and experience prioritizing based on impact and outcomes
• Technical curiosity and ability to understand integrations, systems, and constraints
• Experience working closely with agile engineering teams in fast-paced environments
• Ability to balance short-term opportunities with long-term platform scalability
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product workflows
• Proactive and execution-oriented mindset with interest in automation and AI-driven solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
