Cross Functional Producer, Events

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Applied Intuition’s growing event footprint, including executive, investor, press, and customer events.
• Advise on strategic event execution, including vendor recommendations and alignment with broader marketing plans.
• Lead programming, run of show, itinerary development, speaker coordination, and day-of execution.
• Manage end-to-end logistics such as venue rentals, booth design, food and beverage, and travel itineraries.
• Partner with design and web development teams to create event invitations, registration experiences, and collateral.
• Manage vendors from onboarding through project completion and final invoicing.
• Oversee demo environments and product showcases to ensure polished presentations.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in event production or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex logistics and cross-functional event execution.
• Strong experience working with executive-level stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proficiency with project management, vendor management, and communication tools.
• Experience building and managing customer communications processes, ideally within Salesforce or Marketo.
• Ability to independently run high-stakes events from initial concept through to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the autonomy or automotive industries.
• Experience planning and managing large-scale events globally (e.g., Japan, Korea, Sweden, or Germany).
• Working knowledge of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
