Cross Functional Producer, Events

Responsibilities

• Advise on strategic event execution and vendor recommendations aligned with marketing plans
• Run executive, investor, press, customer, and sales events
• Lead programming, run of show, itinerary development, and speaker coordination
• Manage vendors from onboarding through final invoice
• Oversee logistics including rentals, physical setup, food and beverage, and travel itineraries
• Partner with design and web teams for invitations, registration, and event materials
• Oversee demo environments and product showcases

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in events or a related field
• Experience managing complex logistics and cross-functional event execution
• Comfort working with executive stakeholders and senior leadership
• Experience building customer communications processes, ideally in Salesforce
• Strong project management, communication, and vendor management skills
• Proficiency with AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Autonomy or Automotive industry
• Experience planning and managing events globally (Japan, Korea, Sweden, or Germany)
