Cross Currency Solutions Sales Vice President

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to grow the cross-currency payments P&L in EMEA to meet business targets
• Collaborate with Sales, Banking, and Markets partners to develop client pipelines, account plans, and marketing collateral
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from target list development and pre-sales to mandate acquisition and deal closure
• Lead the solutioning and adoption of client-facing products by defining optimal configurations that address client objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cross-currency propositions, staying current on FX and payments industry trends
• Coordinate with global Cross Currency Product & Solutions teams to address international client needs and share best practices

Requirements

• BA or BS degree from a top-tier program or equivalent
• Extensive experience in Foreign Exchange (FX) sales
• Proven product-oriented sales experience with strong client-facing acumen
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with clients regularly
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems across multiple teams and product clusters within a highly matrixed organization
• Ability to work effectively under direct portfolio growth targets in a competitive environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of transaction banking, FX, cross-border payments, and payment channels
