Cross-Cultural Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, dynamic, and engaging in-person cultural training lessons to expats in Dublin
• Develop customized curricula based on learners' proficiency levels and specific adjustment goals
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to help learners achieve their cultural integration objectives
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner with clients

Requirements

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in Tamil
• Degree or certificate in language teaching, education, instructional design, linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of relevant teaching or training experience
• Ability to provide in-person instruction in Dublin
