Croatian Language Analyst

Responsibilities

• Label and annotate speech and voice data through transcription, tagging, and categorization
• Follow detailed guidelines to ensure high accuracy and consistency in datasets
• Maintain high throughput while meeting strict quality targets
• Escalate unclear cases and adapt quickly to evolving project instructions
• Participate in team calibrations to ensure quality alignment across the Speech & Voice AI team

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Croatian
• Strong written communication skills and deep language fundamentals
• 1+ year of experience in labeling, annotation, or content-quality work, or a related Bachelor's degree
• High attention to detail and comfort with structured, repetitive workflows
• Valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)
• Ability to work 100% onsite in one of the following locations: NYC, Seattle/Bellevue/Redmond, SF Bay Area, Austin, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Chicago, or Boston
