CRO & Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour, customer journeys, and website performance to identify conversion opportunities
• Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies to enhance the overall user experience
• Conduct A/B testing to optimise landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
• Monitor and interpret website analytics to provide actionable performance insights
• Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing

Requirements

• Proven experience in a CRO-focused role within an e-commerce environment
• Proficiency with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms
• Strong experience with website analytics and reporting tools
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and customer engagement tools
• Knowledge of email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing automation
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and analysing A/B tests
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or formal qualification in design
