CRNA

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation
• Provide intraoperative general anesthesia care in collaboration with attending Anesthesiologists
• Manage the induction and maintenance of anesthesia at required levels
• Monitor and adjust patient physiologic conditions based on specific needs
• Administer spinal, epidural, caudal, and nerve block anesthesia
• Provide professional and resuscitative care until the patient regains control of vital functions
• Ensure continuity of care by transferring responsibility to qualified providers post-operatively

Requirements

• CRNA certification
• Ability to provide intraoperative general anesthesia care
• Ability to administer spinal, epidural, caudal, and nerve block anesthesia

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Level II trauma center
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
