CRM/Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and monitor programs geared towards a consistent customer service experience
• Proactively build the database and call via phone to sell SGS offerings to prospective clients
• Manage enquiries and generate non-routine proposals
• Monitor dormant accounts and contact new customers to generate business
• Identify new client needs and market trends to share with sales teams
• Comply with Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies

Requirements

• College graduate
• 3-5 years of work experience in sales or customer service
• 3 years of experience in selling and negotiation
• 2 years of experience using CRM tools like Oracle or Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Agriculture, Food, Healthcare, or Pharma sectors
• Strong people management skills
