About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, deliver and monitor programs geared towards a consistent customer service experience
- Proactively build the database and call via phone to sell SGS offerings to prospective clients
- Manage enquiries and generate non-routine proposals
- Monitor dormant accounts and contact new customers to generate business
- Identify new client needs and market trends to share with sales teams
- Comply with Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and Energy (QHSEE) policies
Requirements
- College graduate
- 3-5 years of work experience in sales or customer service
- 3 years of experience in selling and negotiation
- 2 years of experience using CRM tools like Oracle or Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Filipino and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agriculture, Food, Healthcare, or Pharma sectors
- Strong people management skills
