CRM Technology Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the technical foundations for CRM using Snowflake, Braze, Hightouch, and supporting platforms
• Transform and model customer data within Snowflake to create reliable, CRM-ready datasets
• Validate customer events, attributes, and identifiers to ensure accurate targeting and personalization
• Support and improve CRM data pipelines, platform integrations, and activation architecture
• Investigate and resolve technical issues across customer data, campaign logic, and platform performance
• Partner with CRM, Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate marketing requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Build and troubleshoot Braze campaigns, audiences, templates, and platform configurations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data, CRM technology, MarTech, or platform engineering
• Strong SQL, data engineering, and data modelling skills (Snowflake or similar preferred)
• Experience with Kafka or similar event-streaming systems
• Hands-on experience with CRM or customer engagement platforms (Braze strongly preferred)
• Deep understanding of how customer data, attributes, and events power CRM systems
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across data, APIs, and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Braze technical implementation
• Experience with Reverse ETL or activation tooling (e.g., Hightouch)
• API or integration engineering experience
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Liquid, or other templating languages
