CRM Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CRM multi-channel strategies for Ubisoft titles and services
• Design and optimize player lifecycle journeys including onboarding, engagement, and retention
• Partner with internal Production and Brand teams to align CRM initiatives
• Coordinate campaign execution using project management tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to evaluate performance and identify personalization opportunities
• Monitor gaming trends and emerging technologies to champion innovation in CRM tactics
• Ensure high-quality, brand-aligned communications across all channels

Requirements

• Significant experience in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement
• Experience in entertainment, gaming, or tech industries
• Proven success in executing lifecycle marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting CRM performance data
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Passion for video games and understanding of gamer behavior
• French language skills are a plus
