About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM dialogues with internal teams and clients to enhance brand equity and revenue growth
  • Develop and refine omni-channel CRM initiatives across email, social, mobile, and web
  • Apply martech knowledge to activate automation and personalization
  • Design consumer persona journeys, mapping data flows and touchpoints
  • Oversee data transfers from media and analytics platforms into CRM systems
  • Facilitate client workshops and presentations to provide strategic recommendations
  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to leverage CRM insights
  • Monitor program success via retention rates, CLV, and engagement metrics

Requirements

  • 5+ years in CRM strategy, ideally in a marketing agency or client-side environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Experience in audience segmentation, testing, and ROI analysis
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder influence and client leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leadership or director-level experience
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Specialist certification
