About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead CRM dialogues with internal teams and clients to enhance brand equity and revenue growth
- Develop and refine omni-channel CRM initiatives across email, social, mobile, and web
- Apply martech knowledge to activate automation and personalization
- Design consumer persona journeys, mapping data flows and touchpoints
- Oversee data transfers from media and analytics platforms into CRM systems
- Facilitate client workshops and presentations to provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and media teams to leverage CRM insights
- Monitor program success via retention rates, CLV, and engagement metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years in CRM strategy, ideally in a marketing agency or client-side environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Adobe Experience Cloud
- Experience in audience segmentation, testing, and ROI analysis
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder influence and client leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership or director-level experience
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Specialist certification
