About the role
Responsibilities
- Translate client business objectives and customer data into actionable CRM strategies for the automotive sector
- Design multi-channel customer journeys to optimize engagement, conversion, and loyalty
- Prepare impactful presentations and business proposals for client Marketing and Strategy Leads
- Collaborate with CRM Data Analysts to review campaign metrics and extract actionable insights
- Propose data-backed recommendations and support A/B testing and experimentation
- Partner with execution teams to address implementation challenges and safeguard strategy integrity
- Develop points of view on CRM creative best practices, personalization at scale, and emerging trends
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in CRM strategy, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle management
- Proven experience within the automotive sector or high-value, complex purchase cycles
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into quantifiable outcomes
- Solid analytical skills with experience using CRM analytics platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with martech tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign Manager
- Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein features
