CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage automated marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email, SMS, in-app)
• Manage and monitor the campaign schedule to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
• Optimize CRM strategies based on performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Create, execute, and maintain SMS campaigns to reach targeted audiences
• Conduct A/B tests on content, targeting, and timing to maximize performance
• Collaborate on the production of reports and dashboards to track key KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, e-commerce, information technology, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or relationship marketing
• Proficiency in basic SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo
• Advanced proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
