CRM Specialist Portuguese Market

Responsibilities

• Build and execute activation and reactivation sequences for Portuguese market leads using specific triggers and channels
• Manage lead nurturing flows, onboarding programs, and re-engagement campaigns across the funnel
• Translate lifecycle campaigns into actionable SDR sequences and outreach plays tailored to the Portuguese market
• Coordinate with SDRs to ensure seamless lead routing and follow-up SLAs
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates
• Use AI-assisted tools for copywriting, sequence creation, and outreach personalization at scale
• Maintain data quality standards for lead routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene
• Analyze campaign performance and build dashboards to track activation rates and ROI

Requirements

• Portuguese native or expert (written and spoken) and fluent in English
• 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience is a strong plus)
• Familiarity with sequencing or outreach tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for daily tasks
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to prioritize actions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment tools
• Familiarity with reporting tools like PowerBI or Looker
