About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure CRM platforms including HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Design and maintain automations and integrations using Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform
  • Translate APM deployment workflows into structured CRM logic
  • Own data quality through audits, deduplication, and field validation
  • Build dashboards and reports tracking pipeline activity and operational KPIs
  • Gather requirements from international markets to design scalable CRM processes
  • Maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in CRM administration or operations
  • 2+ years building workflow automations with Zapier or Make.com
  • Solid understanding of data hygiene, deduplication, and APIs/webhooks
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Background in logistics, e-commerce, or multi-market operations
