About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure CRM platforms including HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Design and maintain automations and integrations using Zapier, Make.com, and Google Cloud Platform
- Translate APM deployment workflows into structured CRM logic
- Own data quality through audits, deduplication, and field validation
- Build dashboards and reports tracking pipeline activity and operational KPIs
- Gather requirements from international markets to design scalable CRM processes
- Maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials
Requirements
- 2–4 years in CRM administration or operations
- 2+ years building workflow automations with Zapier or Make.com
- Solid understanding of data hygiene, deduplication, and APIs/webhooks
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Google Cloud Platform
- Background in logistics, e-commerce, or multi-market operations
