About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and execute activation and reactivation sequences for German market leads using specific triggers and channels
- Manage lead nurturing flows, onboarding programs, and re-engagement campaigns across the funnel
- Translate lifecycle campaigns into actionable SDR sequences and outreach plays tailored to the DACH market
- Coordinate with SDRs to ensure seamless lead routing and follow-up SLAs
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates
- Use AI-assisted tools for copywriting, sequence creation, and outreach personalization at scale
- Maintain data quality standards for lead routing, enrichment, and CRM hygiene
- Analyze campaign performance and build dashboards to track activation rates and ROI
Requirements
- German native or expert (written and spoken) and fluent in English
- 1–3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot experience is a strong plus)
- Familiarity with sequencing or outreach tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for daily tasks
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to diagnose problems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with reporting tools like PowerBI or Looker
- Experience with data enrichment tools like Clay
