CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM projects, including new market integrations and feature rollouts
• Develop project documentation such as briefs, timelines, and risk registers
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, vendors, and external partners
• Design and roll out best practice processes to streamline internal CRM functions
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams
• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM functionality
• Support the creation and maintenance of CRM dashboards and reports
• Ensure CRM data quality, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or CRM-related roles
• Strong understanding of CRM systems
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Trello
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing automation or customer lifecycle management
• Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
• Exposure to integration projects or CRM system migrations
• Experience using AI tools to streamline operations
