About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute omnichannel communication strategies across email, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
  • Create and maintain automated customer journeys tailored to different stages of the customer lifecycle.
  • Map and analyze the customer journey to identify friction points and implement communication flow improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including open rates, CTR, conversion, churn, and engagement.
  • Generate periodic reports with actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Execute A/B testing to optimize content, subject lines, and delivery timing.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and ensure database hygiene and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or customer communications.
  • Proven experience managing email, push, and WhatsApp Business API campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and automation logic.
  • Ability to interpret digital dashboards and metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume transactional industries such as retail, fintech, telco, or airlines.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze.
  • Experience with dynamic content and personalization testing.
