About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate consistent, predictable revenue through retention-led initiatives and data-driven forecasting
- Manage and align with pod members including Growth Strategists, Media Buyers, and Creative Strategists
- Execute the Prophit system and build email forecasts for clients
- Oversee profitable growth across email, SMS, direct mail, popups, and push notifications
- Maintain data integrity across tracking tools and provide daily performance updates to clients
- Implement A/B testing and lifecycle touchpoints to optimize retention metrics
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure all deliverables are on-brand
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retention marketing
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using Klaviyo
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Google Sheets
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a self-managed, autonomous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in mathematics, data analytics, or copywriting
- Experience with e-commerce and subscription/loyalty programs
- Ability to approach complex problems with structured, logical frameworks
