About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop retention strategies to increase user loyalty and decrease churn rate
  • Build the CRM direction from scratch, selecting tools and defining processes
  • Drive LTV and Revenue through omnichannel communication strategies
  • Conduct rapid experiments and hypothesis testing to optimize product growth
  • Analyze user funnels and data to drive decision-making

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a CRM, Retention, or Email Marketing Manager (preferably in IT product companies)
  • Deep understanding of Email and Web Push channel mechanics and best practices
  • Experience with ESP/CDP platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, eSputnik, or SendGrid
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention)
  • High attention to detail and literacy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing
  • Upper-Intermediate English level for international market content
