About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop retention strategies to increase user loyalty and decrease churn rate
- Build the CRM direction from scratch, selecting tools and defining processes
- Drive LTV and Revenue through omnichannel communication strategies
- Conduct rapid experiments and hypothesis testing to optimize product growth
- Analyze user funnels and data to drive decision-making
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CRM, Retention, or Email Marketing Manager (preferably in IT product companies)
- Deep understanding of Email and Web Push channel mechanics and best practices
- Experience with ESP/CDP platforms such as Customer.io, Braze, eSputnik, or SendGrid
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention)
- High attention to detail and literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing
- Upper-Intermediate English level for international market content
